Po wyborach nowej Rady do Spraw Edukacji stanu Kansas przywrócono poprzednią wersję programu. Okazuje się, że w fizyce, astronomii, chemii i wielu innych naukach przyrodniczych znamieniem naukowości jest rozważanie argumentów za i przeciw dawnej koncepcji. W wielu naukach, ale nie w biologii. Tu znamieniem naukowości jest rozważanie tylko argumentow NA RZECZ ewolucjonizmu. Argumenty przeciw są dowodem wstecznictwa, zacofania oraz hamowania w pełni swobodnego rozwoju nauki.
